Leg Cramps

1. Magnesium/Calcium supplement 

2. Take baths with epsom salts.
3. Hyperextend knee, dorsiflex foot
4. Maintain hydration
5. Massage ( Do not do this if you have varicose veins)

6. Increase potassium with nutrition

7. Exercise
