​1. Excellent diet
2. Elevate feet occasionally throughout the day
3. Increase fluid intake
4. Swimming, submersion to the neck in cool water
5. Eat foods high in Vitamin C
6. Try alfalfa tablets, apple cider vinegar or chlorophyll

7. Water with cucumber and lemon
